They make great gifts and is a great unique round to commemorate the 150th Anniversary( the sesquicentennial...we just like saying that word) of Canada. It bears the official Canada 150 logo with the stylized maple leaf. It has a reflective proof finish in the background which really makes the logo pop (It appears black in some photos due to the scanner being unable to pick up the mirrored details). It was kept otherwise simple to ensure the logo remains the focal point with no additional text or details. The obverse bears our Pheli Mint logo, with the markings indicating it's weight and silver content. This round is 2 oz Fine Silver and 47.18mm in diameter thus making it the largest Silver Canada 150 Round released so far this year. It has a limited mintage of 150 total, therefore making it a highly collectible piece for years to come and one that will always have a special place in Canadian Numismatic history.

I'd like to share what is one of my favorite rounds. It's the Succubus series by Pheli Mint, and it's up there near the top not just because, as Phil and Eli say on their website, it's "much more than a cool image of a pretty girl" (although there's nothing wrong with that as I've amassed three albums full of booby coins and bars and am especially fond of CMG and STL). The unique thing about Pheli Mint is their responsiveness. They listened to input about the horns and the 2017 issue took the horns off the girl, and they listened about the skulls and those disappeared on the 2018 issue. Perhaps the tail will go away in 2019. They're friendly too. I had a shipment get lost or stolen somewhere in Canada, and they sent me a free replacement. It's good to see they're our friends here. I like their stuff. Here's a pic from Album XXVI Page 3.
