The only coin shop in the area has never used the buzzer, but they closed very unexpectedly about February 2018, and there has been no word or why, or what will happen.
Silver Monometalism is the most permanent and stable form of money the world has seen. Natural law and history prove silver value is best multiplied by gold and best divided by copper. It is only in this counterfeit currency time when the natural law appears suspended.

Pretty old thread but an interesting topic. The shop I frequent doesn’t buzz you in, there are big windows, the shop kinda looks like the Pawn Stars shop with showcases around the space. The owners are a couple of big guys that do carry (but don’t show). The owners are very friendly, always a smile on their face, have fair prices and are also happy to chat with you. As a result, the shop stays busy and is the only one in town that doesn’t struggle. I’ve met Yuji Okomoto (the guy that plays the villain Chozen in the Karate Kid II) in this LCS a few times, who now owns a great Hawaiian restaurant down the street.

My real coin shop, no. Pawn shops that also have coins, yes.

No buzzers here, but all employees carry sidearms, usually Glock 9s.
