Wanted: ASE's, Maple, Prospectors Etc

Postby baddarryl » Sun May 08, 2016

Hi all. I am in search of any year ASE's, Maples, Englehard Prospectors, Morgans, Walkers and "Junk". My issue is that I can only buy a few pieces at a time. I know Walkers can be junk, but I like better condition those. Not getting into anything fancy, just trying to stack. My aim is to make a purchase every week or so.

Mods I would consider this a running thread if that is allowed. Thanks!

Mod response: Lets try just bumping this within the 2-week interval for now. If it persists we can consider something else but a dedicated thread is contrary to the way things are done here. Thank you for your cooperation.

I suppose that is what I meant. I didn't mean a Sticky. Thank you.

So what hefty box intended for something else is the perfect size for 10 oz bars?

ammo box is probably the best bet.

i've thought about ammo cans but wondered if they would cause tarnish/toning b/c of the paint.....?

I just got a plastic box, similar style to ammo box, smaller with "rubber seal", made by Plano. Purchased from Amazon.

Places like Gander Mountain and such, have platic ammo boxes that range in size and are built pretty stout to handle the weight. Most are waterproof

So, any of them with a peace sign on them? I might have a few older ones in the vault, I'll have to dig around and see.

I have a grand total of 1 in my arsenal. I traded, sold or gave away the rest of them. There were only 20 made.

We've got a good community on here, but there have been issues on here. If you are buying or selling, DO NOT USE PPG. PPG will reverse any transaction if a claim of fraud is made. Your transaction is much more secure if your use....

1) Direct bank deposit
2) Western Union
3) PP + 3%.

You've been warned, good luck.

If you are a seller, demand a 7-15% premium. That is a realistic "off-exchange/market" premium.

Who had issues ,what were they and why are you posting in the buy/sell trade and not in a btc thread. Can you reference the negative feedback received? I expect a cryptic answer.Post in a thread that can inform and not just infer things and control premiums when your not a seller.

I have bought but never sold and have not had issues buying you suggest a seller had a paypal fraud reversal here.
I'll delete this in a half hour because it is not a proper to put this.

Your accusing someone and demanding higher prices for things your not selling, would you think it appropriate to post something similar in the silver bullion trading thread?

I'm disappointed with the above. I haven't read anything about anyone on here having issues with PPG. What's up with these accusations? Specific info to any of the mods and it will get handled...

Plus, there is no posting non-transactions in the BST threads...so please don't do that again.

Basically, if you have issues with somebody on here with a specific transaction, take it up with a mod or admin and they'll take care of it.
