Im sure you know this already but make sure all the inspections are completed and approved and if you dont have an outside breaker leave the inside main breaker in the off position.

Don't look good for today either. And I thought Penelec (Pennsylvania Electric) was bad.
“I, Franklin D Roosevelt…do declare that said national emergency still continues to exist and…do hereby prohibit the hoarding of gold…”

EXECUTIVE ORDER 6102, issued by US president Franklin Delano Roosevelt on April 5th 1933, banned private gold ownership .

Do you have a temporary pole and service? A Meter pan on a 4X4 ?
Where i worked we couldnt do the permanent connections until the parish inspector signed off on all permits, and that included all inspections like sewer, i had one that didnt get his permit bc he didnt have his street number posted on his house. Another guy didnt have enough insulation in his attic according to the inspector

We are all signed off. Green tagged. Sewer, water, electrical, HVAC, front and rear porches..... Center Point is notorious for screwing around with customers. I talked with the city inspector today. He said we are good to go.

If you havent done so, try calling the office and talk to the Manager, if the meter aint turning, they aint making any money.
Ive seen cases where the inspectors office failed to notify the electric company
