Donald Trump Flips Coin at Army-Navy Game Wearing Keep America Great Hat

President Donald Trump flipped the coin to start the Army vs. Navy football game on Saturday, as he personally attended the game in Philadelphia.

“It is obviously with great pride and great honor to welcome our commander in chief the president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump,” the referee said as the crowd cheered wildly.

The president wore a brand new red Keep America Great campaign hat onto the field and tossed the coin.

They need a new rules guy on the Fox football broadcasts. He claimed that had the clock been at zero after the Falcon's touchdown, that they would not have had to try the extra point. WRONG!

Since points are available to both teams on that play, they would have had to try. As it turned out there was time remaining and they did try. They went for 2 but took a knee, for the exact same reason that they would have had to try if time had expired - the other team can score two points on that play.

If an average fan like myself knows this, their rule guy should, and since he didn't, he should be fired.

Was game-ending pick-6 Tom Brady's last pass as a member of the Patriots?

With Brady’s contract set to expire in the coming weeks, it may have been his last pass in front of the home fans at Gillette Stadium and his last pass attempt as a member of the Patriots.

Packers seek 700 snow shovelers before NFL playoff game

Faced with a major winter storm striking their home stadium before they host an NFL playoff game Sunday, the Green Bay Packers are seeking up to 700 snow shovelers.

Lambeau Field and parts of rural Wisconsin are expected to receive eight to 10 inches (20-25 centimeters) of snow Saturday night and early Sunday, so the team wants people to help clear the stadium starting at 6 a.m. Sunday (1200 GMT).

Just so you're aware, the Packers have resorted to paying the people that shovel the snow in cash. The reason they pay in cash is when they wrote checks, people didn't cash them, they showed them off like they worked for the Packers or just kept them as souvenirs, had them framed and all kinds of crazy stuff. The Packers bookkeeping found it too difficult to figure out if the would ever be cashed, so they just resorted to paying in cash. Those people are just nuts about the Packers...

If they were true fans they would gladly shovel for free.
Doesnt the public own the team??

Hey, Fightin’ Tigers, Fight all the way

Play, Fightin’ Tigers, win the game today.

You’ve got the know how,

you’re doing fine,

Hang on to the ball as you hit the wall

And smash right through the line

You’ve got to go for a touchdown

Run up the score.

Make Mike the Tiger stand right up and roar.

ROAR!

Give it all of your might as you fight tonight

and keep the goal in view.

Victory for L-S-U!

Those two were subsequently fired by the Astros. Any teams need a manager or GM?

So, the Astros cheated while winning the 2017 series. MLB is also investigating the Red Sox for possible cheating in their 2018 World Series-winning season.

Alex Cora was the bench coach for the Astros in 2017 before becoming the 2018 Red Sox manager. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

From the MLB report:

"Cora arranged for a video room technician to install a monitor displaying the center field camera feed immediately outside of the Astros' dugout. (The center field camera was primarily used for player development purposes and was allowed under MLB rules at the time when used for that purpose.) Witnesses have provided largely consistent accounts of how the monitor was utilized. One or more players watched the live feed of the center field camera on the monitor, and after decoding the sign, a player would bang a nearby trash can with a bat to communicate the upcoming pitch type to the batter."
