There are some pretty neat shows about hyper cars if you're into that sort of thing. The documentary is called Apex. There's another Head to Head show that's not bad either.

+1 on Apex

If you like Top Gear you'll like Apex.

Thanks for mentioning Bob Ross. Will add him to the playlist.

You should have seen the hypercar show that came to Farmington, CT about a month or two ago. Holy hell man, some of the rarest cars in the world, all in 1 place. So mad I missed it myself.

I'll def. check out Apex

Just finished Black Mirror. Interesting show, all about futuristic technology and possible consequences of robotics and what we do with technology (most of this is NOT based on episode 1, which is a total oddball). Something a little different.......... each episode is like a standalone movie, no reoccurring characters

Netflix, blah, today it's Amazon Prime for me. It has commercial fee music too. Oh, and books, even books on tape! Plus if you select no rush shipping when shopping you get digital credits. I get lots of new release movies and albums on the cheap like that.

Then again, black mirror is on my to watch list... grrr

Watching this now. https://beyondtheice.rutgers.edu/

I blasted through season 2 of Love too, It's alright, I just think blue ice is flipping cool. I put a tearjerker on to see what would happen, I watched the whole thing and didn't cry, girlfriend watched the last half hour and poured, it's called "Your not you", again alright, good ratings.

Also watched Frontier, it was you know .. alright. It feels like many of these netflix original series flicks all have the same writers and scripts, just kind of blah after awhile.

I'm not normally into sci-fi / superhero / monster stuff, but I did kinda like Jessica Jones and Stranger Things. So I started watching Legion on Hulu. I really like that one. Lots going on, gotta pay attention to keep up.

Love this show. I was at a party talking to a friend about how shows today feel so predictable and I enjoy an unexpected ending or storyline. They said, watch Black Mirror.

Mind blown. Just wish there were more episodes.

Hiya All,
I joined netflix finally, a few months ago. I watched a few movies then I decided to watch the x-files (I missed the series when it aired originally). It had good moments and bad, but I when I went back yesterday, I found it is no longer there! I was somewhere in season. 4 *sigh*
Is this a normal occurrence? or are "they" out to get me? :shifty:

Can I expect it's return in the future? It's kinda a cheap trick IMHO
Cheers,
Zz. :kitty:

I thought that the Hell On Wheels was a good series.

Didn't really find his new performance that funny. Then again, going on for 5-10 minutes joking about abortion as his opener was odd and off-putting for me. Normally I find him at least somewhat funny.

I already binged through it over the weekend. Those of you who loved season 1 will not be disappointed.

I spread it out over several days and agree that season 2 is better than season 1. If you have never watched then please get through 3-4 episodes of season 1 before making any decisions on this one.
