"The Gift"... This was pretty good. Not your typical stalker movie.

not a series or movie, but a great documentary. If anyone likes crime documentaries, try “The Seven Five”. It’s about the 75th precinct in NYC and the corruption that was going on. Many of the officers that were involved, including the main subjects, give their stories. Very interesting IMHO, but I watch a ton of documentaries on many different subjects.

Binge watched a bunch of episodes of Money Heist with the wife. We both got hooked....to the point, I passed out on the couch one night and she kept watching without me. Now I can't get back into it. Damnit, why does it have to be more than 1 season!

Pretty much binged Jack Ryan on Amazon Prime over the long weekend. If you like the Jack Ryan story telling then this is very much Jack Ryan but the early years. I thought the chosen actors were very good but some took a while (but not Jack; great from the start). Eight episodes of close to an hour each so strung together a long movie with a lot of cliff hangers pulling you back. The Jack Ryan stories seem to delve deep into military/political/intelligence issues that prove to be insightful and informative given there must have been much extensive research. I hope that season two provides the same. If you are not into this sort of material then skip it. Total fantasy not based on any real events which is what Jack Ryan is but the research weaves a story to tell you how it could be and may have been in the past.

Yup, I’m guilty staying up half the night Saturday and Sunday binge watching Jack Ryan. I wish they would have delivered one episode weekly 8-) . Good, very good!

Ozark season #2 is out. I'm brushing up on season 1.

Goliath, starring Billy Bob Thornton, season #2 also out.

(both these may be on Amz Prime ?)

I'm really liking Red Oaks, it's an 80's thing. Compared to Castastrophe which was trash, a few funny parts.

Maniac starring Jonah Hill and Emma Stone. This is pretty far out there. If you liked The Leftovers you will like this.
