Saints Fan Helping Disabled Giants Fan Stand for National Anthem is Incredible

The New Orleans Saints embarrassed the New York Giants on Sunday in New Jersey, taking Eli Manning and Co. down 33-18.

As rough as that was, this moment of unity from the two fan bases is nothing short of incredible. Before things got underway, fans stood for the National Anthem. One disabled Giants fan was having trouble doing so, so this outstanding Saints fan decided to help out.

Drew Brees sets the all time NFL passing record (soon to have the all time TD record too) and the Refs call an " excessive celebration" penalty on the Saints?
The Refs should know that New Orleans is all about excessive celebrations

RIP Jimmy Taylor

Postby Purple and Gold » Mon Oct 15, 2018

RIP > LSU Tiger & Green Bay Packers Fullback great Jimmy Taylor. One of the toughest men to ever play football. NFL MVP in 1962. He earned 4 Superbowl rings.
The original Leonard Fournette, Jimmy would look to knock down any linebacker in his way.
My mom went to school with Jimmy and was a Bridesmaid in his wedding.

LSU was fined 100K $ for fans storming the field after beating #2 Georgia. One of our Congressmen set up a Go Fund Me page to help pay the fine. The SEC said the next offense will be a $250K fine. Well Bama is coming to town in a couple of weeks.

"Congressman Garret Graves published a Facebook post alleging the stampede is a misunderstanding because it was actually an LSU family reunion."

With all the LSU alumni in the National Felon League I'm shocked to see only $11,400 raised in 24 hrs

MLB investigates suspected Astros cheating in ALCS Game 1

Major League Baseball is investigating the Houston Astros after a man affiliated with the team appeared to be shooting video of the Boston Red Sox during Game 1 of the American League Championship Series.

According to ESPN, the Astros were using the man to monitor the Red Sox and make sure they weren't doing anything outside the rules.

How 'bout them Sox? Looks like Price may get his first post season win in 9 tries but it's only the top of the 8th and 4-1, who would of thought Boston could/would win 3 straight in Houston...

One Verlander pitch to Devers, the 3-run shot in the 6th. Crazy how a glint of a moment completely changes everyone's fortune in such a seemingly slow-paced game. God I love baseball.

WOW 3 straight on the road  Best outfield in baseball, bullpen consisting of starters, closer who ca n't close consistently and a rookie manager. Hopefully Cora will start Brady in game 1

World series of excess... Red Sox payroll of $228 million and Dodgers payroll of $199 million...they're #1 and 3 on payroll this year...with only the Giants at $205 stopping them from being 1 - 2 in top payrolls... who's excited about buying a trophy???
