Re: Gold merc dime offer

Postby Ilovesilver97 » Mon Apr 25, 2016

Ilovesilver97 wrote:I would like to trade my Gold merc dime (when it gets to me) for your unopened Gold merc dime.

I bought one raw in ogp from a box of 10. I am wanting one from the mint in the unopened box. That means you had to order a single for it to come to you like this.

I will keep it sealed just like the mail man delivered it from the mint.

I will make it worth your while if you would like to trade. Any questions please ask.

Thanks in advance

Chan,

Wanted: ASE's, Maple, Prospectors Etc

Postby baddarryl » Sun May 08, 2016

Hi all. I am in search of any year ASE's, Maples, Englehard Prospectors, Morgans, Walkers and "Junk". My issue is that I can only buy a few pieces at a time. I know Walkers can be junk, but I like better condition those. Not getting into anything fancy, just trying to stack. My aim is to make a purchase every week or so.

Mods I would consider this a running thread if that is allowed. Thanks!

Mod response: Lets try just bumping this within the 2-week interval for now. If it persists we can consider something else but a dedicated thread is contrary to the way things are done here. Thank you for your cooperation.

I suppose that is what I meant. I didn't mean a Sticky. Thank you.

So what hefty box intended for something else is the perfect size for 10 oz bars?

ammo box is probably the best bet.

i've thought about ammo cans but wondered if they would cause tarnish/toning b/c of the paint.....?

I just got a plastic box, similar style to ammo box, smaller with "rubber seal", made by Plano. Purchased from Amazon.

Places like Gander Mountain and such, have platic ammo boxes that range in size and are built pretty stout to handle the weight. Most are waterproof

So, any of them with a peace sign on them? I might have a few older ones in the vault, I'll have to dig around and see.

I have a grand total of 1 in my arsenal. I traded, sold or gave away the rest of them. There were only 20 made.

We've got a good community on here, but there have been issues on here. If you are buying or selling, DO NOT USE PPG. PPG will reverse any transaction if a claim of fraud is made. Your transaction is much more secure if your use....

1) Direct bank deposit
2) Western Union
3) PP + 3%.

You've been warned, good luck.

If you are a seller, demand a 7-15% premium. That is a realistic "off-exchange/market" premium.
