Yes, and it will adapt to your phone/tablet screen nicely, something the old version of phpBB did not do.

Other notable new features:

There is a "Notification" thing up next to the Private Message link that will tell you when your post has been quoted, when somebody replies to a thread you are subscribed to, if you get a warning from a mod, and so on.

We now have the "Quick Reply" option at the bottom of threads.

The Duck can post announcements that show at the top of all pages (like the current blue box) and optionally can allow individual users to dismiss those announcements (there is an X in the upper right corner of the announcement box if it is allowed for that message).

The navigation bar/links are a little different. The drop down menu under your username can take you right to your feedback profile, for instance.

Additional features will likely be implemented later.

Working fine for me. If you just logged out and back in it may not show much (or got logged out during the update and just logged in).

So what is our new pixel maximum width? Looks like we should be better than 580. Also....is the attach file been updated to accept the new max file width?
