Technically, there is a value limit of $400 on the SFRB. The customs label requires a value, and if you put .999 AG to make sure it isn't taxed upon import, staying under that limit keeps it well under 4 pounds.

If you make a "mistake" with the ounces, and they open it for inspection, not sure what would happen.
