WFTW 2019: Donate a silver bar to a soldier

Postby MaxGravy » Wed Mar 27, 2019

It's that time of year again. We’re making silver bars to hand out to wounded soldiers and veterans at the WFTW main event. This year they will be 1oz oval bars with an oval WFTW logo (pictures to be posted in a few days). As always David will be making these bars for free. You might consider sending a thank-you note to David or picking up a couple extra bars from YPS. It takes a lot of work to make these bars and David always steps up. Thank you David!

They will also be available on the YPS website with all profits going to the WFTW.

Please post the dollar amount of your donation in this thread and I will send you a message with details. Payments go to me. I will send the lump sum to YPS, so please don't send it to the WFTW.

Your donation can be for any amount, and doesn't need to be tied to a certain number of bars.

If you prefer to remain anonymous then please send me a private message.

The main event is the weekend of May 4th, 2019 at Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, TX. All Bullionstackers are cordially invited to attend.

We would love for you to come out and help us give these bars away. It’s a great way to meet these brave men and women and hear their stories. This year we'll be doing a presentation of the trackchair, although we hope to get it to Daniel before the event.

Thank you for supporting our wounded soldiers!

Bump me up to $50.

Ever thought about doing something for the USO, which helps all soldiers in need?

They helped me and others in a time of personal or family crisis.

WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!

Your contribution helps yourself, and somebody unknown.

I'd love to see a huge number of $3.00 contributions.

Size doesn't matter - Kindness is what we're talking about.

I can't update "paid pledges", only Randy can do that. Everybody here (except me) has employment and household responsibilities. Be patient, and send in a pledge!

I'll keep smoking Cubans, Ganja, and a wee-bit of Scotch, but I'm closely watching the results.

The rumor-mill is telling me that a prize or 2 may be awarded for your entry. - Stay tuned.
