I think you might have mistaken me with Long John

I was close to buying Litecoin at 8 bucks but hesitated. Ohwells, you win some, you lose some.

I'm partners in 2 Master Nodes, I don't have one of my own (yet).

As for LiteCoin, I have no bragging rights whatsoever. I already had a small holding at $15 per. One day I saw it there in Coinbase and happened to have some money in my USD Wallet, so bought up what I could on the spot, figuring it would take off once word spread. Then I went to Bittrex and sold some stuff that I had no particular attachment to, and bought more LTC. It cost about $21-$22 that morning before word got around. Not exactly the ground floor. Maybe the equivalent of buying Bitcoin when it was $750.

So I thought at the time, based on the chatter. It's been a yo-yo the past couple days. I thought the Seg-Wit activation would give it a boost, but actually it's down a few bucks from its peak. I look at it as the Bitcoin for those who can't afford Bitcoin  which doesn't make sense, because you can always buy a smidgen of a Bitcoin. More like LTC has more room to grow than BTC does. Or so some people say.

LiteCoin can compliment Bitcoin as a side-chain. SegWit is fully implemented in 2 days.

Is it time yet to get back into LTC?

Maybe a sub $20 price target?

I plan to, in a conservative way. But it's about $25 now, not sure it will drop under $20. Kind rooting for $50 myself, since I already have a LTC foundation. The past few days have not been comfortable ones for me.

What goes up... Now that's what you call a brief skyrocket! One thing it did accomplish, even after it crashed back down it left LTC above $50. I sold most of mine some time back, but very glad now I kept a little in the piggy bank (Ethereum, too).

That's nice to see. I moved out of LTC some time back, but I have a soft spot for it because it kind of got the ball rolling for me when my other forays into alts weren't going so well. Go Lite! As long as BTC goes too.
