Bucket, thanks for the above video. Will check this out and see if I can sign up for it. Probably still can get better deals here but it gives me an idea what is out there for DCAing into gold.

Great clip. I also like Paul Giamatti as an actor too, especially as John Adams in that HBO mini-series.

To continue the Stock to Flow modeling theory, we have somebody who took the US housing market and embedded it into the graph using Plan B's formulas. Give it a look:

Ukraine's Ministry of Energy believes that using power plants for crypto mining could be one of the best ways to take advantage of a current energy glut.

Cryptocurrency mining is a contemporary and efficient way to use excess energy, Ukraine's Ministry of Energy argued in a May 6 statement published on Facebook. According to the post, local nuclear plants have generated the surplus due to the COVID-19 lockdown.

This halving price prediction from Pantera Capital takes into account the smaller percent decrease in supply and therefore the overall percent gain being reduced proportionally from the first and second halving. Conclusion: August 2021 peak price at $115,212. A long read, but some excellent insight too. To read just this section, scroll down to "BITCOIN BLOCK REWARD HALVING"

Thanks for sharing, you too Randy. The Pantera report was worth the time to read, if fact I'd say it is much more informative than just the portion about the Halving.

Right now, Bitcoin seems to be acting in the way it was in Aug-Sept 2016, range-bound between high $500s and low $600s. The timeframe was about 4 months after the 2nd halening.

Bitcoin has more than 10 years under it's belt. If you were to consider that most new businesses fail within the 1st 3 years of operation, Bitcoin is a success, and I suspect it will still be around 10 years for now, albeit at a much high price.

When I bought Bitcoin, I considered it a Binary bet, that is, it will either go to the moon as more and more people decide to buy and or HODL it (greater adoption), or else fail completely.

The moonshot scenario seems more compelling at this time. During the last run, the 'sweet spot' for new money was at $1000. Could $10,000 be the next "sweet spot".

If this is true, I'm not surprised. When Google was created, one of it's core operating values was "Don't Be Evil". Google ditched that goal a couple of years ago.
